Virtual Assistant for eCommerce Business Owner

Hiring a VA for an eCommerce business owner to help with day to day operations, with opportunity to have a great impact on the business!

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including answering emails, researching products, managing our social media accounts, etc. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required and an excellent English level.

Responsibilities
- General eCommerce operations (Shopify,...)
- Managing product list and updating website product pages
- Answering and dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Researching products and competitors
- Publishing content on our Social Media account

While there are a set of regularly occurring tasks that you will manage, there will also be new unplanned items that arise: it is critical that you enjoy and embrace the dynamic culture.

You will receive training and guidance for the tasks you are not familiar with yet.

- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
- You are considered logical, analytical, meticulous by your former managers and peers
- You are a problem solver and always want to learn
- You are organised and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Spreadsheet is one of your strong skillsets
- You have a fast and reliable Internet Connection
- You are available at least 20 hours per week

- You have experience in Graphic design skills / Basic HTML
- You have experience working on and setting up a eCommerce site (Shopify)
- You have experience working with Google Analytics
- You have experience with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram,??Twitter, ...)
- You have experience in SEO and advertising experience not necessary but would be beneficial
- You love animals, and dogs in particular (related to the business)

Initially, you will be put on a 2-week trial basis (PAID- $3/hour), which will be a lower amount of hours to ensure you understand the job better. After that, if you do a great job, you will be hired full time.
