We are a rapidly growing and innovative credit repair agency based in California, dedicated
to transforming lives by helping clients rebuild their financial futures. I run a growing credit repair company
and I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle the backend work: looking at credit reports, identifying negative items, preparing dispute letters using my templates and SOPs. If you’re passionate
about making a meaningful impact and thrive in a dynamic, flexible environment, we’d
love to have you on our team!
This is long-term, part-time to start, with the goal of growing into steady, ongoing work as we bring in more clients.
This is NOT a call center job. There is no sales and no phone calls with clients. It’s focused, quiet work: reading credit reports, following instructions, and generating accurate letters.
***Responsibilities***
You will:
- Log in to credit monitoring platforms (e.g. IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, etc.)
- Download and review credit reports from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion
- Identify negative items (collections, charge-offs, late payments, bankruptcies, etc.) based on a clear checklist
- Use my templates to complete dispute letters for each bureau and each account
- Organize letters by round (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3) following my system
- Upload letters and files to Google Drive / client portal in the proper folders
- Update a simple Google Sheet with the status for each client and each round
- Communicate with me via chat (WhatsApp/Instagram) for quick questions and updates
- Keep all client information 100% confidential
You will be given step-by-step SOPs, examples, and Loom videos so you know exactly what to do.
***Requirements***
Strong written English – you must understand reports and write letters without grammar disasters
Very high attention to detail – wrong names, wrong account numbers, or sloppy work is not acceptable
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, data entry, or similar (required)
Experience with credit repair / US credit reports is a big plus but not mandatory if you learn fast
Comfortable using:
Google Drive
Google Sheets
Online document editors (Docs, Word, etc.)
Stable FAST internet and your own computer
Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours (ideally overlapping a few hours with US Pacific Time – Los Angeles)
****Payment Structure (Read Carefully)****
This job is not hourly. It’s pay-per-client, based on results.
USD $10 per new client, which covers up to 3 rounds of dispute letters for that client (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3) during the first 90 days.
Fixing your own mistakes or redoing letters because instructions weren’t followed is not paid extra – that’s part of doing the job correctly.
Payments are made every 2 weeks via Wise
At the beginning, volume will be low (a small number of clients). As the business grows and you prove you are consistent, accurate, and fast, there is room to:
Increase volume (more clients = more pay)
Discuss higher pay per client or a monthly retainer when we are consistently at higher numbers of clients
I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, not someone who disappears after a few weeks.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as DisputeFox, CFPB and Build FTC reports.
So I know you read this entire post and are actually interested put PURPLE in the title. I will not respond otherwise!
____Trial Period____
The first month is a paid trial period with a smaller number of clients.
I’ll be evaluating:
Accuracy of your letters
Speed and reliability
How well you follow SOPs and naming/filing rules
If both of us are happy, we continue long-term with more work (:
