About the Role

I am looking for reliable Virtual Assistants to help manage online stores.

This is an operational role that involves light daily work, but with full responsibility for accuracy, organization, and proper documentation of every action in the system.

The goal is to keep all stores organized, updated, and accurately documented at all times.

Job Description

The daily work includes simple but critical operational tasks:

• Upload products to online stores
• Update discounts and promotions
• Reply to customer messages
• Process orders
• Work with spreadsheets and data tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation of all actions
• Keep all stores organized on a daily basis

The work usually takes around 15–30 minutes per store per day, but requires full accuracy and consistent routine execution.
