We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the CEO in the day-to-day running of a fast-moving digital marketing agency.
Initial responsibilities include:
- Lead generation data entry: Logging daily outreach metrics (messages sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed) into tracking sheets. Reviewed each morning in a 15-minute call.
- Financial data entry: Cross-referencing statements and logging all business expenses accurately.
- CRM updates: Keeping our deal pipeline current and flagging follow-ups. Reviewed with the CEO in short daily syncs.
You will start with lead generation tracking before moving onto the other tasks.
Over time, your role will grow to include:
- Recommending improvements based on performance data
- Writing clear SOPs to document repeatable processes
- Setting up basic automations (Zapier, Make, etc.) to improve efficiency
- Identifying and fixing workflow inefficiencies
We are a fully remote digital marketing agency working with clients across the United States and Europe. This role begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with a reliable company.
