Virtual Assistant for Alcohol-Free Online Program (Kajabi + Video Editing)

I run an online program called Ditch The Noise™. I help high achievers change their relationship with alcohol — without missing it or losing their edge.

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can support me with launching and running my Kajabi-based program. You don’t need Kajabi experience — I’ll provide clear step-by-step instructions. What matters is your ability to learn fast, stay organized, and deliver quality work.

Your tasks:

Build & update Kajabi pages (sales, landing, thank-you)
Upload videos, PDFs, and structure the online course in Kajabi
Set up Kajabi email sequences & reminders
Edit simple videos (trim mistakes, add intro/outro, captions) for lessons and replays
Manage Kajabi community: upload replays, post reminders, moderate comments
Collect & organize testimonials and feedback
Track enrollments & payments in spreadsheets
If needed: help find & coordinate with a video editor for more advanced edits

Requirements:
Strong written English (clear communication)
Organized, detail-oriented, fast learner
Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Canva/Descript or similar)
Reliable internet connection
Proactive attitude (you don’t just wait for tasks, you help solve problems)

Nice to have (not required):
Kajabi experience
Experience editing course or YouTube videos

What I offer:

Part tine, tarts at $3–4 USD per hour for 10 hours per week (~$120–160/month), with the potential to grow in both hours and pay over short time.
Long-term collaboration on an impactful alcohol-free program
Clear processes and guidance (you’ll never be left guessing)
Flexible schedule, but availability during launch weeks
Weekly pay via Wise/PayPal in first 3 months, than monthly.
