JOB OVERVIEW

Echo Accountants, a growing UK-based accounting firm, is looking for a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to support us with admin tasks, marketing activities, and finding client prospects on Facebook and other platforms.

This part-time remote role (20–30 hours/week) is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to help grow our client base through proactive marketing and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Admin Tasks (30%):

- Manage emails, client scheduling, and onboarding.
- Organize digital files and maintain client data in Google Drive.
- Prepare and send invoices; follow up on payments.

Marketing Tasks (40%):

- Create and schedule engaging social media posts using Canva and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Design email marketing campaigns and track performance.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Write engaging copy for posts and emails aligned with the company’s brand.

Client Prospecting on Facebook (30%):

- Identify and engage with potential client groups or communities on Facebook.
- Post helpful content in relevant Facebook groups to position Echo Accountants as a trusted advisor.
- Directly message prospects with personalized pitches for consultations.
- Track and organize leads generated through Facebook in a CRM or spreadsheet.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in lead generation through Facebook or other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance (training provided).
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.
