Virtual Assistant (Women’s Self-Development Business)

I'm a small, women-led online business focused on personal growth, self-development, and lifestyle elevation for women between the ages of 21-30. I'm looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the community engagement and content efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with managing and scheduling posts on Instagram and TikTok

- Engage with the community daily by liking, commenting, replying to DMs, and building rapport with followers

- Conduct personal outreach (following specific prompts) to invite ideal women to apply for or join the community

- Support with light administrative tasks as needed (e.g. organizing member lists, following up with applicants)

Ideal Candidate:

- You have a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok (especially in the lifestyle/personal development space)

- You’re available for a few hours per week (exact schedule is flexible)

- You have experience with Canva
