Virtual Assistant (Weekend Position) – $3.00/hr ? Raises Based on Performance | Long-Term

We are looking for a detail-oriented, consistent, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our organization on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
If you cannot commit to weekends, do not apply.

This role supports:

Backend organization

Community support

DM operations

Basic creative tasks

We value precision, consistency, and discipline.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Handling DMs on weekends using provided scripts (no improvising)

Uploading lesson materials inside our Skool community

Organizing files, voice notes, and documents inside Google Drive

Creating simple graphics and layouts in Canva

Recording and sending Loom videos when documentation is needed

Managing simple workflows and tagging inside GoHighLevel (training provided)

Using basic AI tools such as:

HeyGen (avatar editing)

ElevenLabs (voice generation)

Turning rough content into clean, formatted Google Docs

If you cannot follow instructions exactly, this role is not for you.

Requirements

Must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday every week (no exceptions)

Strong English communication (written + spoken)

Familiar with Google Docs, Drive, and file organization

Comfortable with Canva + Loom (or willing to learn quickly)

Stable internet connection & reliable device

Responds promptly and communicates clearly

Follows directions step-by-step without being reminded

Compensation & Growth

Starting Rate: $3.00/hr for the first 8 weeks (training + reliability period)

After 8 weeks of consistent performance ? $3.25/hr

After 16 weeks of consistent performance ? $3.50/hr

Further raises will be based on:

Quality of work

Reliability + consistency

Communication

Initiative

There is no negotiation on the starting rate.
If the starting rate is an issue, this role is not a fit.
