JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our marketing, branding, business development, website management, CRM systems, content creation, and lead communication.

This is not a basic administrative position. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, dependable, and able to turn ideas into professional, completed projects with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities
Create professional branding, flyers, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and promotional content.
Develop marketing strategies, content calendars, email campaigns, text campaigns, and outreach plans.
Create and edit social media content, videos, reels, captions, emails, and website copy.
Build, update, and maintain professional websites, landing pages, forms, and lead-generation pages.
Set up and manage CRM systems, pipelines, contacts, follow-ups, workflows, and automations.
Communicate directly with leads, clients, referral sources, and business partners by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
Research new partnerships, referral sources, community organizations, and business opportunities.
Use AI tools to create professional written, visual, and video content.
Track leads, outreach efforts, marketing results, and business development activity.
Required Skills
Advanced marketing and business development experience.
Strong branding, graphic design, website, and content creation skills.
Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Confidence communicating with leads and making follow-up calls.
Strong grammar, spelling, pronunciation, and professional communication.
Strategic thinking, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Reliable internet and dependable computer equipment.

Strong English communication is a non-negotiable requirement.
