JOB OVERVIEW

We are an e-commerce business focused on creating high-performing video ads for direct-response campaigns. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative Virtual Assistant to help us source and generate video content that fuels our ad creatives.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours—ideal for someone with a strong eye for visuals, a sharp understanding of advertising aesthetics, and the ability to work quickly with clear direction.

???? What You’ll Do

Source video content: Find relevant B-roll, lifestyle footage, and product-related clips from stock libraries (free & paid) and YouTube under fair use/Creative Commons.

Leverage AI tools: Use AI video/image generation platforms (we’ll guide you on tools) to create additional assets when footage doesn’t exist.

Curate & organize: Select clips that match our ad concepts’ tone and theme, then properly label, tag, and organize them for our editors.

Follow creative briefs: Execute sourcing based on provided references, moodboards, or example ads.

Spot trends: Stay up to date on short-form ad trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and suggest relevant footage styles.

Communicate & deliver fast: Share progress proactively, flag issues early, and deliver organized content on tight timelines.

? What We’re Looking For

Strong eye for visuals and attention to detail.

Experience with stock video platforms (Pexels, Artgrid, Storyblocks, etc.).

Familiarity with AI content generation tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Pika, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.

Resourcefulness in finding hard-to-source footage.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Self-starter who can move fast without constant supervision.

** There is potential for long term collaboration, in case of good results **
