Virtual Assistant – Video Content & Accessibility Support

FastTrack Scholar is an education technology startup focused on helping students and families confidently plan for college, careers, and scholarships. We create engaging whiteboard videos, digital tools, and school-ready training experiences on Moodle and mobile.

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support video publishing, content organization, and accessibility formatting as we prepare for our public launch in September.
This is a great fit for someone with experience in online content, transcripts, e-learning platforms (like Moodle), or document organization — especially if you’re passionate about education.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of video production (scripts, voiceovers, completed files)
• Format transcripts scene-by-scene with visual descriptions
• Prepare and organize content for accessibility (WCAG/508 standards)
• Upload videos to ---------- and Moodle (we will train you)
• Copy/paste structured information into Moodle “Transcript & Resources” pages
• Help format multilingual versions of transcripts (we provide translations)
• Organize Google Drive folders and spreadsheets
• Update checklists and status logs weekly

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and formatting
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
• Familiar with online platforms (like uploading videos or documents)
• Bonus if you’ve used Moodle, H5P, or any LMS
• Able to follow templates and instructions carefully
• Responsive and communicates clearly
