Amazon Product Research and Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant (United Kingdom Market)

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Full-time, forty hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some overlap with United Kingdom business hours
Experience Required: Minimum one year of Amazon online arbitrage experience

About the Role

I run a growing Amazon business focused exclusively on online arbitrage for the United Kingdom marketplace. I am seeking an experienced product research and sourcing virtual assistant to join the business on a full-time, long-term basis.

This role is suited to individuals who are already confident sourcing profitable products from online retail websites and analysing them accurately for resale on Amazon. You should be comfortable working independently, following structured processes, and making informed sourcing decisions.

Successful applicants will progress through an interview stage to assess their understanding of the role and expectations, followed by a short practical sourcing test to evaluate real-world product research ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Research profitable products for resale on Amazon United Kingdom using online arbitrage methods
• Analyse products using SellerAmp, Keepa, and Amazon Seller Central
• Source products through ArbiSource (preferred) and manual research on retail websites
• Assess profitability, return on investment, margins, and Amazon fees, including value added tax
• Identify brand restrictions, intellectual property risks, and potential policy concerns
• Maintain accurate product research spreadsheets with clear calculations and notes
• Follow defined sourcing processes consistently and with attention to detail
Required Experience and Skills

You must have:

• At least one year of online arbitrage product sourcing experience
• Strong experience using SellerAmp and Keepa
• Experience sourcing products for the Amazon United Kingdom marketplace
• Solid understanding of brand restrictions and intellectual property risk on Amazon
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Clear written English and ability to follow structured instructions
• Reliable internet connection and ability to commit to forty hours per week

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Experience using ArbiSource
• Familiarity with a wide range of United Kingdom retail websites
• Ability to proactively identify and flag high-risk products or brands
• Interest in a stable, long-term working relationship

Performance Expectations and Professional Conduct

• Daily expectations will include consistent submission of high-quality product leads in line with defined sourcing criteria
• All information, tools, systems, and processes shared during this role are confidential and must not be used outside of this position

Tools and Software

• All necessary software and tools required to perform this role will be provided to successful applicants

Pay and Progression

• Monthly salary of 25,000 Philippine pesos
