Virtual Assistant - Service Delivery
(UK Hours | Remote – Philippines)

Company: Lead Gen Dept
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: PHP 30,000 per month (DOE) + performance-based bonus

About Company
Lead Gen Dept is a UK-based B2B Sales Development agency working with technology and SaaS companies across the UK and Europe. We specialise in structured, high-quality lead generation, managing the full journey from lead sourcing and qualification through to booked meetings, attendance tracking, feedback, and reporting. Our reputation is built on process discipline, data accuracy, and clear communication with clients.

The Role
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support the operational backbone of our client campaigns. This role is responsible for owning and maintaining the integrity of the lead lifecycle, ensuring that data is accurate, campaigns run smoothly, meetings are correctly tracked, and internal and external stakeholders are consistently informed.

This is NOT a junior admin position!
It requires sound judgement, attention to detail, and an understanding of how lead generation, SDR activity, and client delivery fit together.

You will work closely with:
1. UK-based Account Managers
2. SDRs / Telemarketers
3. Service Delivery team

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Lifecycle & Data Governance
- Own backend lead operations across active campaigns
- Ensure leads are correctly sourced, validated, uploaded, and tracked
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM and outreach tool data
- Enforce correct lead statuses (new, not interested, contacted, replied, booked, attended, no-show, disqualified)

2. Campaign & Calendar Oversight
- Ensure meetings are booked correctly and reflected in calendars
- Monitor invite acceptance, reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows
- Coordinate follow-ups and rebooking where required

3. Service Delivery & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide structured updates to UK clients on:
- meetings booked
- attendance
- feedback and outcomes

4. Collect feedback from SDRs and flag:
- data quality issues
- targeting gaps
- messaging or ICP misalignment
- Communicate operational updates clearly to the service delivery team

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare concise weekly performance summaries
- Highlight risks, blockers, or recurring issues early
- Suggest improvements to targeting, data hygiene, or workflow efficiency

Candidate Profile
You are likely to succeed in this role if you have:
1. Proven experience in lead operations, lead management, or SDR support roles
2. A strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, not just list handling
3. High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset
4. Confidence communicating in professional English (C1+) with UK stakeholders
5. Hands-on experience with Google Sheets / Excel, CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), Outreach and sourcing tools (Apollo, FrontSpin, Smartlead, etc.)
6. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and escalate issues appropriately
7. Availability to work UK business hours consistently
