Virtual Assistant – TruPay Growth & Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role
I am the founder of TruPay Inc., a fast-growing merchant cash advance brokerage. TruPay is currently my highest-leverage business. I need a reliable, proactive, and growth-minded part-time Virtual Assistant / Sales Operations Specialist to help build our commission-only sales team and run daily operations.
This role starts at 10–20 hours per week. As the business expands, hours will increase along with raises based on performance and results. The right person will grow with the company long-term.
Compensation

Base pay: $1.75 – $2.00 per hour (monthly equivalent up to $100–$160 depending on hours)
Commission: 1-5% on the funded amount of every deal you personally help close
Override: 1-3% on the funded volume of any agents you recruit and help train
Uncapped earning potential as the team grows

Responsibilities
Sales Team Building & Expansion

Recruit commission-only sales agents
Help briefly train new agents and get them started
Support and follow up with the growing agent team

TruPay Operations & CRM

Monitor form submissions and sync leads into the Master CRM
Create Drive folders, move bank statements, and keep records organized
Update lead statuses, qualify leads, prepare applications, and support the pipeline
Run basic reports and help track performance

Growth & Partnerships

Help research and reach out to new lenders/partners
Light admin or coordination across my other businesses when needed

Requirements

Experience in sales recruitment, team building, MCA/finance, or sales support is a big plus
Strong Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) daily
Good written and spoken English
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Available 10–20 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time business hours to start
Stable high-speed internet, computer/laptop, headset, and quiet workspace
