G'day. We're looking for a versatile, reliable, and self-managed VA to support a growing Australian charity and coaching brand focused on mental health, leadership, and social impact. This role is hands-on to begin with, with the potential to lead a team of other VAs down the track.

We’re offering a paid trial (1–2 weeks), and if you’re the right fit, this can quickly grow into full-time, long-term work—with performance-based pay rises and leadership bonuses.

You’ll receive one-on-one coaching and training during the first week, with at least an hour a day dedicated to learning, watching videos, reading, or researching ways to improve mental health practices and systems.

Initial Tasks May Include:
- Formatting Word documents and uploading books to Amazon (KDP)
- Managing WordPress websites (Elementor experience is a plus)
- Using or learning platforms like Printful
- Organising folders and file systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Following clear instructions via checklists or Zoom walkthroughs
- Helping with basic admin, system setup, emails, and plug-ins

Must-Haves:
- Solid English comprehension (you must be able to clearly understand our training and calls)
- Great communication and a fast response time
- Willingness to learn and follow systems
- Open to feedback and focused on personal/professional growth
- Interest in mental health, leadership, or social impact

Bonus Points For:
- Experience managing other VAs or small teams
- Familiarity with Canva, video editing, or social media scheduling (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Past work on WordPress sites or Amazon book publishing
