Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rentals Operations

Skyline Serenity Vacation Homes is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing short-term rental management companies, operating a diverse portfolio of premium apartments across the city. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with prior experience in managing short-term rental operations and OTA platforms to support our daily activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays across platforms such as Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia, and others.

Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs with on-site tea ---------- mbers.

Schedule and supervise cleaning and maintenance activities in coordination with the housekeeping team.

Monitor booking calendars and ensure timely responses to guest inquiries.

Maintain listing accuracy, availability, and pricing across OTA platforms.

Assist management with operational reports, issue resolution, and administrative support.

Handle ad-hoc tasks related to smooth daily operations of the short-term rental business.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a short-term rental, property management, or hospitality-related virtual assistant role.

Strong knowledge of Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia, and similar OTA systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Availability to work in Dubai time zone (Gulf Standard Time) or with partial overlap.

Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
