JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing home services company looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to own our customer communication and back-office flow. This is a remote role for someone who's organized, responsive, and comfortable closing — not just answering.
What you'll do:

Respond to inbound messages across our channels (DMs, email, lead forms) quickly and professionally
Sell in the DMs — qualify leads, answer questions, handle objections, and book the job
Create and send invoices accurately
Enter and manage leads, jobs, and follow-ups in our CRM
Keep our pipeline clean so nothing slips through the cracks

You're a great fit if you:

Write clear, natural English and can hold a sales conversation in text
Have experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (home services or trades a big plus)
Are detail-oriented with invoicing and data entry
Know your way around a CRM (or learn tools fast)
Are dependable, proactive, and don't need to be chased

Hours: [e.g. 20–40 hrs/week, must overlap with EST business hours]

Pay: 7-10
