We are a U.S.-based technology company seeking a reliable, full-time Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. We already have a Filipino VA who has been with us for over 5 years, and we pride ourselves on building long-term working relationships based on respect and performance. We provide 13th-month pay and treat our team well.

This is a long-term position with consistent hours and an opportunity to grow within the company.

???? Your Role: What You'll Do

This position focuses on supporting core operational tasks through research, documentation, and coverage responsibilities.

???? Research & Lead Sourcing

Conduct online research to identify niches, industry associations, business directories, Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, and other marketing or networking opportunities relevant to our technology services.

Deliver research in organized, easy-to-understand formats (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).

Investigate competitor activity and compile relevant business intelligence when requested.

???? CRM & Customer Support (Backup Role)

Learn our CRM system (training provided) and assist in keeping records up to date.

Serve as a backup for phone coverage if our primary VA is unavailable — you must be comfortable answering calls professionally.

Document and route customer inquiries as needed.

???? General Admin Support

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and organizing digital records. Experience with Adobe software for creating our monthly newsletter is a big plus.

Follow up on assigned tasks and maintain accuracy in ongoing projects and internal systems.

? Requirements

Must be available full-time during 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Demonstrated experience in online research and documentation.

A dependable computer and very reliable internet connection with backup in place.

Willingness to learn new tools and processes as part of your role.

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SuiteCRM, HubSpot, Zoho)

Familiarity with social media platforms like ---------- or Facebook

Understanding of SEO principles or basic website content editing

Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) support roles
