We are currently working with 14 VAs from the Philippines, and we plan to continue hiring VAs who can work with us long-term, either full-time or part-time.

[Responsibilities]

- Communicate with TikTok creators via email (templates provided)
- Confirm participation, shipping details, and campaign guidelines
- Record and update progress in Google Sheets
- Follow up with creators regularly and track video submissions
- Coordinate with Korea HQ via Slack
- Submit Daily reports

[Requirements]

- Strong written English communication skills (clear & polite emails)
- Experience using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Forms
- Reliable internet and computer access
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions
- Able to respond within 10 minutes during working hours

Working Hours (Manila Time)

- Full-time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours, Manila Time)

[For the Hiring Test - Please Read Carefully]

- There will be a two-day test period before formal employment. A test assignment will be given on the first day. If you do not pass the test, you will not proceed to the second day.
- Wages for the hours worked during the test will be paid via PayPal after the test at a rate of $3.70 per hour.
- $3.7 is the amount paid for participating in the test. The hourly rate after final hiring will be discussed separately.
- Our company has paid all test participants for the hours they completed.
- Once you begin working officially, a separate contract will be signed. The hourly rate will be discussed based on your background, experience, and the company's internal policies, separate from the test rate.
