We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong recruitment background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while also handling administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
You will work closely with our hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and pre-qualify applicants based on role requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking spreadsheets/databases
Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups with candidates
Assist in creating job postings and recruitment campaigns
Perform general VA tasks such as
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination)
(Experience in US recruitment is a plus)
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Tech-savvy: comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and other online tools
Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills (but not required):
Background in international recruitment (US, UK, AU, or similar)
Familiarity with recruitment for various industries
(experience in sourcing candidates for American Companies is a bonus)
