Virtual Assistant (Recruitment Operations) – Remote
Pay: PHP 20,000–25,000/month (paid twice monthly)
Hours: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (core hours aligned to UK time)

About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment business with day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in managing job intake, mapping opportunities, handling data input, and supporting process automation across tools like Recruiterflow, Dripify, Zapier, and LinkedIn.
This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone reliable, proactive, and process-driven.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage job intake into Recruiterflow (ATS).
• Post roles on LinkedIn and search job boards for candidates.
• Map live jobs from client websites, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Carry out data input, tagging candidates and contacts correctly (title + location).
• Maintain and update SOPs with Google Docs and Loom.
• Support light Zapier automation (Dripify ? Recruiterflow).

Requirements & Competencies
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (ideally Recruiterflow).
• Familiarity with Zapier, LinkedIn, Dripify, Indeed.
• Reliable, proactive, and confident working to KPIs.
• Comfortable working with Teamlogger or similar tracking software.
• Must work solely for SGS Care and its subsidiary businesses.

Tools Required
• Laptop (Intel i5+, 8GB+ RAM).
• Stable internet (5 Mbps+ with backup).
• Webcam, headset, and a quiet/professional workstation.
