Transaction Coordinator Job Description

The Kay-Grant Group is a well established professional and fun real estate group in Arizona (USA) looking for a highly motivated, hard working individual to assist us with coordinating real estate transactions, marketing, CRM maintenance, and other administrative duties.

The role includes:
• Communicating with buyers and sellers to ensure that paperwork and signatures are collected in a timely manner
• Coordinating with title companies and lenders to ensure that everything is moving forward on-time
• Coordinating with the real estate agents
• Preparing contractual documents
• Scheduling photography, inspections, repairs, etc.
• Keeping the CRM up to date
• Other administrative type duties
• Working within multiple IT systems to upload documents, update files, etc.

The majority of the communication will be written though some phone conversations will need to occur.

Excellent written and spoken English is a must.

The hours will be primarily US late morning to early evening hours so expect to work early in the morning (2:00 am PHT to 10:30 PHT).

Real estate transaction coordination experience isn’t a requirement but is helpful.

This is a long-term, full-time position with an established real estate group.
