Virtual Assistant – Property Maintenance (Immediate Start)

$4–$6/hour + Commission Per Job | Hiring 3 Professionals

We are a UK-based property maintenance company working with leading estate agents to manage full property maintenance and repairs.

We are hiring 3 professional Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines who can start immediately and are serious about long-term growth.

This is a high-responsibility operational role, not a basic VA position. We are looking for the best, not the average.

???? Role Overview

You will be responsible for coordinating property maintenance jobs from start to finish, working closely with contractors, tenants, and agents.

????? Key Responsibilities

Organising and scheduling maintenance jobs between contractors and tenants

Managing tasks and workflows using our internal systems

Making and receiving calls (excellent spoken English required)

Updating job progress, notes, and follow-ups accurately

Ensuring daily KPIs and targets are met

Working efficiently and professionally at all times

? Requirements

Property maintenance or property management experience REQUIRED

Proven experience coordinating contractors and tenants

Strong spoken and written English

Confident making phone calls

Fast, organised, and task-focused

KPI-driven mindset with strong accountability

Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

???? CRM Experience

Experience with ---------- CRM is NOT required

However, previous use of ---------- is a strong advantage

Full training will be provided on our system

$4–$6 USD per hour (based on experience)
