Virtual Assistant – Private Ecom Inbox Support

Full-Time Position
PHP 38,000 – PHP 50,000 per month

We are a fast-growing international digital media company looking for skilled and dependable Virtual Assistants to join our Private Team.
In this role, you will handle private inbox conversations on text-based platforms and deliver professional, engaging, and high-quality customer interactions.

Job Overview:
As we continue expanding our customer engagement division, we are seeking proactive, reliable, and highly motivated communicators.
Your primary responsibility will be assisting users through written communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, improving retention, and offering personalized content suggestions across various platforms.

Requirements
-->Excellent written English (minimum C1 level – fluent, natural, and professional tone is mandatory)
-->Outstanding grammar, spelling, and exceptional attention to detail
-->Fast and accurate typing skills (60+ WPM preferred)
-->Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
-->Willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and continuously improve performance

Work Schedule
-->Full-time position
-->8-hour shifts
-->6 days per week
-->24/7 operational coverage (day, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available)
-->Preferred time zones can be accommodated
