Virtual Assistant – Private E-Commerce Inbox Support

Salary: PHP 38,000 – PHP 50,000 per month

We are an expanding international digital media company seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Virtual Assistants to join our growing private support team.

Role Overview
As part of our customer engagement division, you will manage private inbox conversations across text-based platforms. Your mission is to deliver professional, engaging, and personalized communication that enhances customer satisfaction, strengthens retention, and drives revenue through thoughtful content recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to private inbox messages in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a natural, engaging, and persuasive tone in written communication
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention
Provide tailored content suggestions and support
Meet performance and quality benchmarks consistently

Requirements
Excellent written English (minimum C1 level required)
Outstanding grammar, spelling, and strong attention to detail
Typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred
High level of professionalism and accountability
Fast learner with adaptability and a growth mindset
Sales-driven attitude is a strong advantage

Work Schedule
Full-time role
8-hour shifts
6 days per week
24/7 operation (day, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available)
Preferred time zones can be accommodated
