JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant Photo Editor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will specialize in editing real estate photos with a 24-hour turnaround time, ensuring high-quality results for listing presentations.

Responsibilities:
Edit HDR bracketed photos to create professional, visually appealing real estate images
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for advanced photo editing and enhancements
Upload finalized photos to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms (training provided)
Ensure all edits meet quality standards and client specifications
Communicate effectively with the team to manage deadlines and priorities
Edit video media 1-2 per month (podcast style)

Requirements:
Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Experience with HDR photo editing techniques for real estate photography
Ability to deliver edited photos within a 24-hour turnaround
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Excellent time management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or photo editor in real estate
Knowledge of real estate photography standards and trends
Familiarity with MLS platforms (not required, as training will be provided)
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
