About Us



Refresh Cleaning Plus is a growing home service company in the United States providing window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning services. We are building a reliable long-term team and looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant who is comfortable speaking on the phone and helping customers.



This is a stable, long-term position with room to grow into management or team leader roles.

What You’ll Do



You will act as the first point of contact for customers.



Primary Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers

Book jobs and schedule appointments

Follow up with estimates and unsold leads

Make outbound calls (light sales / follow-ups)

Respond to text messages and emails

Update customer information in CRM

Confirm upcoming appointments

Handle reschedules and cancellations



Additional Tasks

Data entry

Basic administrative support

Organizing job notes for technicians

Occasional research or misc. tasks

Requirements



We are looking for someone reliable and confident speaking to customers.



Must Have

Excellent spoken English (very clear)

Comfortable on the phone (not shy)

Friendly and professional personality

Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps)

Quiet work environment

Good computer skills

Able to work U.S. business hours consistently



Preferred (Not Required)

Customer service experience

Sales experience

Call center experience

Experience with Jobber, Housecall Pro, or CRM systems
