Location: Remote | Philippines Preferred
Type: Part-Time (15–25 hrs/week) – Must be available for some Canadian Eastern Time overlap (daytime PH hours)
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Compensation: CAD $7–$11/hour, depending on experience and skill set

We manage real estate listings, investment properties, and executive-level operations across multiple ventures—including legal projects, light ministry admin, and content creation.

We’re currently seeking a reliable part-time Virtual Assistant to provide support alongside our lead VA, helping to keep everything organized and running smoothly as our operations grow.

Who We’re Looking For

You are proactive, highly organized, and trustworthy. You enjoy working independently but also know how to collaborate and support a team. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow through with excellence.

This is a support role, working closely with our lead VA. You’ll assist with key admin tasks and step in as needed to keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate & Admin Operations
• Assist with TREB/MLS listings and property marketing
• Maintain brokerage files and Google Drive folders
• Monitor deal deadlines and help track documents

Inbox & Calendar Support
• Review and flag important emails
• Keep calendars organized and alert for follow-ups

Accounting Assistance
• Track receipts and expenses
• Support invoice follow-ups and payment tracking in QuickBooks

Project Coordination
• Help track team projects using Asana

Legal & Document Support
• Assist with organizing legal files, images, and confidential notes

Ministry & Creative Tasks
• Light support with faith-based content, formatting documents in Canva, and basic editing

Must-Have Qualities
• Organized, loyal, and discreet
• Quick learner with initiative
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Stable internet and quiet workspace
• Confident using tools like: Google Drive, Asana, Canva, QuickBooks, Zoom, DocHub, Google Calendar

Preferred Experience
• Real estate admin or brokerage background
• Experience supporting a CEO or executive
• Familiarity with Canadian real estate is a strong asset
• A faith-based or ministry-minded heart is a bonus
