Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations by entering customer order details into our vendor’s dropship portal and managing tracking communications. We do have a sample training video on how we do this process.
Responsibilities:
1. Enter customer shipping details into our vendor’s dropship portal.
2. Save orders in the cart (owner will review and place the final order).
3. Send daily tracking details to owner by
4. Tracking comes from the vendor portal for orders shipped the previous day.
Handle new incoming orders:
- Morning batch: Typically 10–20 orders received by 9 AM CST.
- Throughout the day: Additional orders may be forwarded periodically.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all order entries and customer communications.
Time Commitment:
- Order entry: ~1–2 minutes per order.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with online portals and

- Availability in Central Standard Time (CST) mornings for daily batch orders.
