About Us
We are a fast-growing business group based in Houston, Texas, operating two companies:
Pallet Connections & More – A pallet brokering & logistics business that supplies pallets, super sacks, gaylord boxes, and packaging materials nationwide.
New Excavation & Land Clearing Company – Currently launching, focusing on residential and commercial land clearing, grading, and site prep.
We are expanding rapidly and need a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our administrative and back-end office operations.


Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
Administrative & Operations
Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments
Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing sheets for clients
Maintain and update internal files and project documentation
Assist with job planning and follow-up with subcontractors and suppliers
Communication
Reply to emails and customer inquiries professionally
Communicate with clients in a friendly, prompt, and business-appropriate tone
Gather information needed for quotes and proposals

Data & Organization
Build and update spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Track leads, pending quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM
Project Support
Help with task planning for the new Excavation business (permits, research, vendor sourcing, etc.)
Assist with government contracting docs (templates provided).

Requirements
You must have:
Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
Strong organizational skills
Experience preparing business proposals and client documents
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)


Bonus Skills (not required but a plus)
Experience in real estate, logistics, construction, or trucking industry
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead tracking systems
