JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m Felicia, founder of AccelGrowth Global, and I’m looking for my very first Virtual Assistant / Office Manager to be my right-hand person as we grow into a 7-figure business.

If you’re highly organised, proactive, and love bringing structure and efficiency to fast-moving projects, this role could be perfect for you.

What We Do
At AccelGrowth Global, we help clients in two main areas:
1. Investment Education: Equipping retail investors with stock portfolio strategies for financial freedom.
2. Business Consulting: Strategy, growth planning, sales, and personal development coaching.

Our mission is to create life-changing transformation for our clients—and now I need someone amazing to support me behind the scenes.

Your Role
- You’ll be working directly with me, supporting both business operations and marketing activities. Tasks include:
- Admin & Project Management: Calendar + inbox management, organising files, preparing reports, streamlining workflows.
- Tech & Systems: Using tools like GoHighLevel, Trello, ConvertKit, Zapier, etc. to optimise processes, funnels, and automations
- Client Support: Managing onboarding, course platforms, reminders, FAQs, and ensuring clients feel taken care of.
- Marketing Support: Posting/scheduling content, simple graphic + video editing, managing email campaigns, tracking analytics.
- Financial & Research Tasks: Helping with invoices, reports, and light market research.
- Personal Support: Occasional personal tasks like research on services, bookings, etc.

What We’re Looking For
- Able to excellently communicate and write in English
- Possess a good computer with a web camera, and access to excellent internet speed connection as we will need to connect / communicate through Zoo ---------- etups very often.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Proficient with systems and automations (use of GHL go-high-level software, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- A tinge of creativity for basic social media / marketing management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
