Virtual Assistant - Multimedia Artist

We are a Training and Coaching Company based in Singapore, serving Elite Leaders in the Finance, Technology, Pharmaceutical and FMCG Industry. We have a global outreach, with clients in U.S., Australia, China, India, South East Asia and many more countries. You will get to learn from sitting-in to our virtual workshop sessions covering Advanced Content in Leadership, Influencing Skills, Storytelling and Personal Development.

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer and Editor to join our Ministry of Influence Team!

As you can see, this is currently a part-time role. This may be a perfect opportunity for you if you’re currently schooling and want to get a head-start in the working world, or you’re a stay-at-home-parent who wants to be able to be there for your family, yet still make an income. That being said, this part-time role does NOT mean you put in part-time effort. We believe in putting our 110% in everything we do in that ---------- nt — work, family, play, etc.

Additionally, if you demonstrate your stellar performance in meeting the requirements of this role (and beyond), you may be converted to a full-time role as our business grows.


[YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES]

Multimedia Editing:

- Video and Audio Editing (e.g. Highlights of our Training and Speeches, Instructional Videos, Marketing Videos, IG Reels, Podcast Episodes)
- Podcast Editing (Including EQ Audio Optimization)

Graphics Design:

- Website Design and Maintenance (in Wordpress format)
- Social Media Thumbnail Designs (for Youtube and Instagram)
- Motivational Posters Designs
- Presentation Slides Designs
- Proposal Template Designs
- Podcast Art for Each Episode
