We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to help support a growing mortgage and real estate company. This role combines operations, client support, marketing, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to anticipate needs before being asked.
### Responsibilities
* Assist leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
* Support onboarding efforts for new tea
* Manage CRM updates, data entry, reporting, and database organization
* Follow up with clients and provide status updates
* Create flyers, graphics, and social media content using Canva and AI tools
* Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed on time
* Help identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions

### Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations experience
* Experience with Canva, Microsoft Teams, and AI tools

* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
