Virtual Assistant - Meta Ads Discord Server Support VA

We’re hiring a skilled and proactive virtual assistant to join our fast-growing community at Meta Mend.
Meta Mend is a ---------- server that provides support and guidance to advertisers navigating Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) and Meta Business Suite. We help people get back on track after bans, troubleshoot campaigns, and scale their advertising efforts with the right infrastructure and tools.

Role Overview:

This role is perfect for someone who already understands the ins and outs of Meta Ads and Business Manager, and is comfortable communicating with others in a fast-paced online environment. You’ll split your time between two key responsibilities:

1. ---------- Support (50%)

• Engage in the general chat of our ---------- server to answer questions about Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, Business Manager bans, ad account restrictions, pixel setups, warm-up strategies, and more.

• Be helpful, respectful, and solution-oriented with your responses.

• Spot common issues and escalate anything unusual to the admin team.

• Welcome new members and help them feel comfortable asking for help.

2. Reddit Outreach (50%)

• Post helpful replies on Reddit threads (especially in subreddits like r/facebookads, r/dropship, r/shopify, etc.) related to Meta Ads bans, ad rejections, account limitations, etc.

• Softly shill (plug) our ---------- community in a natural and valuable way.

• Avoid sounding spammy or robotic — authenticity is key.

• Report outreach progress daily (links to comments/posts, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience running Meta (Facebook) Ads – you must understand how ad accounts, BMs, pixels, and ad rejections work.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, and common ban scenarios.

• Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken.

• ---------- experience (you’ll be active in chat).

• Reddit experience (or willingness to learn how to engage effectively).

• Stable internet connection and daily availability (ideally full-time).

Preferred (Not Required):

• Background in dropshipping, affiliate marketing, or media buying.

• Familiarity with proxy use, anti-detect browsers, or ban evasion strategies.

• Experience managing or moderating online communities.

Working Hours & Setup:

• Full-time (8 hours/day) – We prefer applicants who can work during PH daytime hours, but we’re flexible as long as you’re consistent.

• Work-from-home.

• Daily check-ins via ---------- .
