Virtual Assistant – Manual Directory Submissions (Local SEO / Citations)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manually create business listings on Dutch (.nl) directories.
You will create accounts, add company information with full NAP consistency (Name, Address, Phone), and record all results in Excel.

After submission, you’ll also add the URLs to a Google indexer tool to help listings appear faster in search results.

Main Tasks:
Create accounts on provided Dutch business directories (.nl websites).
Add company profile information: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Website, Description, and Logo.
Ensure all details are 100% consistent across every directory (NAP consistency).
Record each submission in Google Sheets or Excel, including:
- Directory name
- Login details
- Listing URL
- Status (created / live)
- Submit all live URLs to our Google indexer tool (simple copy-paste process).

Requirements:
- Experience with manual directory submissions or Local SEO tasks.
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel.
- Can follow clear written instructions step by step.
- Reliable, precise, and organized — no missing or inconsistent data.
- Able to work independently and deliver on time.
- Basic understanding of email verifications for account confirmations.
- Broader Local SEO knowledge and task understanding is an advantage.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience creating citations or business listings.
Understanding of how directory submissions impact Google Maps rankings.
Familiarity with using simple indexing or pinging tools.

Compensation: This is a recurring project assignment. We’re looking to agree on a competitive fixed price, and applicants are asked to propose their total rate for the project.
Reliable performers will be invited for future assignments

Deliverables:
87 active and verified business listings on the provided directories.
A complete Excel/Google Sheet with:
Directory name
Login credentials
Listing URLs
Indexing status
