JOB OVERVIEW

DCS Spotless is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help generate leads, schedule appointments, support customer communications, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Schedule

- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
-10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time (USA)
- 30-minute unpaid break
- Approximately 18 hours per week

Compensation

$4.00 USD per hour

Commission Structure

In addition to the hourly rate, the successful candidate will be eligible for a one-time commission of 10% for each commercial contract they help generate and that successfully closes.

Commission will only be paid when:

- The lead originated from the VA's prospecting, cold calling, follow-up, or outreach efforts.
- The client signs the service agreement.
- DCS Spotless receives the client's first payment.

The commission will be paid on the next scheduled payday following receipt of the client's first payment.

Commissions are paid one time only and do not apply to future recurring payments from the same client.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and text messages.
* Make outbound cold calls to businesses.
* Generate and qualify leads.
* Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments.
* Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text.
* Maintain accurate CRM and lead records.
* Assist with customer service and administrative tasks.
* Support residential and commercial sales efforts.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience.
* Lead generation experience.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
* Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working for a cleaning company.
* Experience with commercial cleaning sales.
* Experience contacting property managers, medical offices, dental offices, real estate professionals, or office buildings.
* Experience using CRM systems and email follow-up tools.

Growth Opportunity

This position begins as a part-time role. However, additional hours and a potential full-time opportunity may become available based on performance, reliability, lead generation results, communication skills, and overall contribution to the company's growth.
