About Us
Arma Financial is a fast-growing final expense life insurance agency based in Lexington, KY (relocating to Dallas, TX). We are expanding rapidly and need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help manage day-to-day operations across insurance, credit repair, and recruiting support.

What You'll Be Doing

???? Insurance Operations
- Monitor policy status daily across multiple carrier portals
- Flag lapsed, pending, or policies requiring action immediately
- Make carrier calls for status checks, corrections, and resubmissions
- Track chargebacks and attempt to retain by calling clients then transferring call to Agent if the client picks up.

???? Credit Repair Admin
- Handle document submission and bureau relations/admin work
- Organize and upload client documents
- Track dispute status per client in Notion
- Monitor progress and update client tracker as needed

???? Prospect & Recruiting Support
- Schedule prospect and recruit callbacks
- Maintain and update recruiting pipeline tracker in Notion for prospects
- Send scripted initial outreach messages (templates provided)

???? General Admin
- Calendar management
- Daily task tracking and reporting
- Research tasks as needed
- Communicate with outside contractors/carrier reps on behalf of the company

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Are extremely detail oriented and organized
- Can handle sensitive client data with full confidentiality
- Are comfortable making calls to carriers and following scripts
- Have experience with AI ops tools (Like claude cowork)
- Are familiar with Notion or willing to learn quickly
- Can work independently and flag issues proactively without being micromanaged
- Have experience in insurance, credit repair, or financial services (big plus, not required)
