I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of our company.
The Virtual Assistant role will include:
- Managing the CEO's schedule
- Coordinating meetings and travel
- Inbox Management
- Manage and organise incoming messages from various communication channels
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Create and maintain organised folders and labels for all incoming messages
- Support with audit activities
- Drafting and formatting documents
- Maintaining filing systems
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing calls and
- Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings and presentations, including researching and organising materials
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Preparation of quotes
- Support with recruitment strategy - posting adverts, liaising with candidates and booking interviews
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, and a strong sense of
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably but not required) or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience as an assistant or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Positive attitude and professional demeanour
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Proactive problem-solver with excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Strong internet connection and reliable computer
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Hardworking and able to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills
Must be available to work 6:00am to 3:00pm UK time, 40 hours per week
