I own a U.S.-based junk removal and demolition company currently rolling out a 60-day AI-driven business system to automate and streamline daily operations.
I’m looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who’s comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Zapier. You’ll help me organize SOPs, update trackers, monitor automations, and build a Command Tower dashboard using Airtable and Softr.
This role is process-focused — no cold calls or appointment setting. You’ll be supporting internal operations, workflows, and light automation tasks.

? Responsibilities
• Organize SOPs and workflows in Google Drive
• Format SOPs into checklist-style Google Docs
• Maintain lead/job tracking inside Google Sheets
• Manage agent and crew updates inside Slack
• Monitor, pause/resume, and troubleshoot Zapier workflows
• Help build and update our Airtable + Softr dashboard
• Use PhantomBuster to scrape business leads (training provided)
• Tag messages and leads in OpenPhone inbox (no calling)
• Run and monitor prebuilt AI agents using simple instructions

• Work Schedule: Flexible, with 2–4 hrs/day overlap in U.S. CST
• Hours: 20–40 hours/week preferred (full-time ideal)
• Type: Long-term – potential to grow into systems manager role
• Pay Range: $500–$800 USD/month (based on experience/speed)
• Pay Frequency: Biweekly via Wise, Payoneer, or preferred method
