Virtual Assistant - Graphic Designer

We are looking for a fast and creative VA - Graphic Designer to support social media design projects for various clients such as legal professionals and beauty brands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with both templates and original designs.

Must Have
-Experience in social media graphic design
-Strong understanding of color theory and typography
-Ability to work quickly while maintaining design quality
-Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
-Experience using AI tools for image generation (including Gemini)
-Ability to follow brand guidelines and work within templates
-Creative mindset with basic marketing awareness
-Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
-Availability aligned with Israel time (around 10:00–14:00 Israel Time)

Responsibilities
-Create social media graphics for different industries (e.g., legal, beauty, service-based businesses)
-Edit and adapt designs based on provided templates
-Produce creative visuals while following specific instructions
-Use AI tools to assist in image creation when needed
-Deliver tasks efficiently and on time
-Apply feedback and make revisions as required
-Maintain organized design files

Plus to Have
-Previous experience working with multiple brands or clients
-Basic understanding of social media marketing
-Familiarity with fast-paced or high-volume design work
-Ability to read or communicate in Hebrew (not required but helpful)
-Junior designers with strong skills and speed are welcome
