JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant to serve as a key support role for our day-to-day business operations. This VA will function as a front-office and client operations assistant, supporting our office manager, broker, and contractor as needed.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, personable, and very comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients by phone and email. This is a long-term role with the potential to grow as an integral part of our team.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing support, including social media posting and engagement
Writing and managing content such as blogs, basic website updates, and SEO support
Client and customer communications (email, phone, and messaging platforms)
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and service calls
Managing property listings and updates
Handling and routing client maintenance requests
Answering incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Making outbound cold calls and collections calls when needed
Assisting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests from leadership

Required Skills and Qualities
Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with American clients
Comfortable and happy speaking on the phone for extended periods
Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to take direction, work independently, and anticipate needs
Prior experience in property management, real estate, contracting, or service-based businesses is a plus (but not required)
Available to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
