We are a UK-based investment club serving very high net worth individuals (VHNWIs). Our members need to deploy significant capital into alternative investment opportunities—and that’s where we help them. The company is agile, ambitious, and part of a group of four rapidly expanding businesses that serve elite UK clientele.

As the founder, I’m easy-going in tone but uncompromising when it comes to quality and precision. I don’t ask for perfection—I expect it.

As we expand, we're seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role will start part-time (10–20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time after 3 months, provided you meet expectations.

????KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage email inbox and calendar
- Assist with client onboarding via email and video calls
- Draft newsletters and fund investment reports using provided materials and AI tools
- sales administration—data entry, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Oversee the launch and management of our affiliate program
- Handle basic social media account management

????REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- High level of intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with initiative to figure out how to complete tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to meet a very high standard of output
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for client video calls
- Proficiency in Zoho (CRM, Mail, Campaign, Books), Slack, Calendly, UseMotion, and Excel or similar spreadsheet software is advantageous
- Show initiative—when all tasks are done, suggest ways to move the business forward

????WORKING HOURS:
- Start with 10–20 hours per week, increasing to full-time within 3 months
- Must have at least 10 hours overlap with UK business hours per week during part-time, increasing to 15 hours upon full-time

????GROWTH OPPORTUNITY????
This is not a short-term gig. As we grow, we expect you to grow with us. In time, you will manage processes, take ownership of client deliverables, and even help plan exclusive events for our members.

????ASSESSMENT PROCESS: Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid task involving:
- Drafting a newsletter
- Tidying a spreadsheet
- Roleplaying a client onboarding call via video
