We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our
A core part of this role involves working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — scheduling broadcast
We’re looking for someone with the right mindset — detail-oriented, reliable, willing to learn, and easy to work with. This is a long-term role where hours and responsibility will increase gradually, with the goal of moving toward full-time.
???? Responsibilities
- Prepare and schedule broadcast
- Assist with building and updating CRM automations in GoHighLevel
- Follow step-by-step instructions and SOPs accurately
- Double-check
- Update tracking sheets, logs, and internal spreadsheets
- Record basic metrics and status updates
- Support general admin tasks as needed
- Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or issues before execution
(You’ll never be expected to “figure things out alone” — training and guidance are provided.)
? Requirements
- Strong written English and clear communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Comfortable with repetitive, structured tasks
- Reliable internet connection
- Availability during UK business hours (weekend availability is a strong plus)
- Cares about delivering good client service
Experience with CRMs,
