Virtual Assistant - Email Marketer - Consistent Pay With Bonuses

I’m looking for an enthusiastic email marketing virtual assistant to create cold emails that we will send to nonprofit organizations offering our free marketing services.

I’m trying to cold email these organizations and offer our free services The end product is a handful of personalized cold emails that we can send to nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate should ideally have prior experience with writing and cold emailing.

We will have a 1-week training/trial period where you will be expected to create emails during that training/trial period based on our templates and guidelines at a rate of $0.25/email. You will follow the guidelines strictly. We will then assess your capabilities for the job before it is d ---------- whether or not to move forward.

I’d like this person to work several hours per day on this project and bonuses are available for hitting monthly quotas. The ideal candidate must have HIGH attention to detail

Pay structure:
- $5 bonus for each nonprofit who becomes a free client
- $0.25 per email created
- Bonuses of $20 given for 200 sent emails within a month

A lot of future work is possible if you do well in this job! Many of our virtual assistants have worked for us for over a year.
