Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Order Processing

Role:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to process daily Shopify orders through CJ Dropshipping overnight, so all orders are ready for payment and fulfillment in the morning.

Responsibilities:

Process Shopify orders into CJ Dropshipping
Create and organize order batches
Double-check variants, addresses, and shipping details
Flag issues (out of stock, errors, delays)
Ensure all orders are processed daily with no backlog

Requirements
Experience with Shopify and/or CJ Dropshipping (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of order fulfillment/logistics
Reliable, organized, and responsive
Able to work night shift consistently

Pay
$3.50/hour (first month)
$5.00/hour after 30 days (based on performance)
