Virtual Assistant / Designer for Creative Agency

Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented with great communication skills
- Strong in admin, research, social media, and organization
- Reliable, self-motivated, and excited to grow with a creative business
- Comfortable with tools like Trello, Google Drive, Canva, Later, Flodesk, and Wix (bonus if familiar!)

Tasks You’ll Handle:
- Manage emails and calendar
- Help post and schedule social media (Later)
- Organize content in Google Drive
- Assist with newsletters (Flodesk)
- Upload blog posts to Wix
- Help prep client proposals, reports, and follow-ups
- Light customer support/client communication.

Designer:

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Creative and trend-savvy (bonus if you’ve got a bold, feminine, or minimalist eye)

Experience designing:
- Social media posts
- Newsletters
- Logos and brand kits
- Postcards, flyers, and event materials

+ Strong communication and receptive to feedback

What You'll Do:
- Design graphics for Instagram, newsletters, and blogs
- Create templates and branded assets
- Help with client visuals as needed
- Work closely with the CEO to bring visions to life.
