We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our growing team with data entry and online research tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and organizing information
- Researching companies and contacts
- Finding relevant decision-makers (e.g. hiring managers)
- Updating internal systems and tools
- General admin support as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (data entry, lead generation, or similar role)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English
- Ability to work independently
- Must have an active LinkedIn account
- Comfortable learning and using new tools, including AI tools
Role Details:
- $5/hour (20 hours per week to start)
- Performance review after 8 weeks
- Opportunity to increase to $7/hour based on performance
- Remote (work from home)
- Flexible schedule, but must be available for meetings during CST hours
Start Date:
- Available to start immediately
