We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with data entry and outreach tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for copying and pasting data into our systems, gathering relevant information, and assisting with basic administrative tasks to support our outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.
Compile and organize information from multiple sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist in sending out
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a responsible manner.
Communicate regularly with the team to provide status updates and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Familiarity with basic customer outreach or marketing concepts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
