We are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to support our B2C e-commerce business in the stage effects and event equipment industry. This role is focused on customer service, daily store operations, phone/email support, and order follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:
Answer customer
Provide friendly, clear, and professional customer support
Upload tracking numbers and update order information
Follow up with customers regarding shipping, delivery, returns, and general order questions
Manage daily operations for our WordPress/WooCommerce store and eBay store
Communicate with the internal team about customer issues, shipping updates, and order status
Handle multiple tasks at the same time while staying organized
Assist with basic product page updates, order checking, and store admin tasks when needed
Help convert customer inquiries into sales by answering questions professionally and building trust
Requirements:
Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required
Must be comfortable answering phone calls from customers
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Good multitasking ability and attention to detail
Responsible, patient, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and eBay is preferred
Previous e-commerce customer service experience is preferred
Ability to understand customer needs and guide them toward the right purchase
Must be available for night shift: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM (U.S. market support hours)
