Location: Remote (EST Time Zone, Monday-Friday)
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7 AM and 7 PM EST

Job Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant with a primary focus on customer service, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and other forms of communication. You'll also assist with various administrative tasks, including running reports, completing projects, and supporting our backend operations. Training will be provided to ensure you understand our industry, including grass care and landscaping practices.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and text communications.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and other customer inquiries.

Run reports and complete projects as needed.

Assist with backend tasks and various administrative duties.

Learn and apply knowledge of grass, weeds, and landscaping practices (training provided).

Follow established processes and procedures while adapting to changes.

Keep accurate notes and records to support customer interactions.

Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements:

Access to 2 monitors for optimal productivity.

Fast and reliable internet connection with proper backup in case of issues.

Excellent English speaking and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Great attendance and reliability.

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
